Confectioner at Work in Hallstatt

I can't believe I ended last year forgetting to include some photos of this talented confectioner who was kind enough to let me snap a few photos of her making various marzipan treats. I had intended to include her and her work in my last post but somehow slipped with the drive home and all the New Year's Eve festivities going on in Vienna. Her job looks like it would be fun and she seems to have a genuine passion for it.

She works in the Hallstatt, Austria confectionary. I know, I've promised more on Hallstatt in the future and will deliver...please check back.
