Historysteria

One of Vienna's WWII relics, a flak tower in Arenberg Park and once part of the city's air defense system, now serves as a huge billboard for stimulating thought.  The words painted on the side remind me of the Rodgers and Hammerstein song from the musical, South Pacific—"You Have to be Carefully Taught."
