A friend sent me this link to an
article at Fast Company's Co.EXIST about Vienna topping the list of "smart cities." After seeing so many subjective lists of supposedly top places in the world, it is refreshing to read "The Top 10 Smart Cities on the Planet." The author, Boyd Cohen, explains the methodology and reasoning behind his conclusions and determined that Vienna is the best of the best. I think it's enriching to understand how and why people or cities do things differently than we do and learn from them. In these times of so many crises, surveying ideas for better living seems to be especially important today. Congratulations, Vienna for once again rising to the top.
