Rowboats of Bari

  1. Wonderful, saturated colors on those row boats. Perhaps the dim light during the rain contributed.

    1. Yes, they were just that bright; I didn't enhance the saturation on them. You're right, under a different light they may have looked much different. Still hoping for a certain recipe....:-)

    2. Lemon pasta? Okay, it's really easy, and the amounts of ingredients are approximate. Zest of two lemons, juice of 1/2 lemon, 1/4 cup chopped olive mixture (choose your favorite), 1/4-1/3 cup artichoke hearts (these could be canned), 1/4 cup EVO or less, enough to coast past. Mix all ingredients into hot pasta. (Good cold later too). There needs to be a balance between lemon and olive flavors so neither one dominate.

    3. Thank you so much! Grocery stores and markets are closed on Sundays but Monday I'll get some lemons and try it. Sounds so great. Grazie!

    4. Feel free to experiment with the amounts of ingredients, additions and subtractions are just fine as well. This isn't an exact science, it's art.
