I've had escargot, but not wild about it. Tasted mostly like garlic and butter, two of my favorite flavors. Not sure I needed to add snails to the mix. My sister fights snails in her California garden all the time. She uses diatomaceous earth which is not a poison.
Love the snail photo, but then I'm not growing the plant. Snails have great variation in color and size.
