Expression of Joy

Vienna.  According to the marker, this Third District building was where Beethoven completed the music to "Ode to Joy," (part of his Ninth Symphony) a popular standard at weddings and the theme song of the European Union.  One would think the birthplace of such a universally beloved piece of music should deserve a bit of joyous cleaning.
